 Project Description
The MyZeo Sleep Coaching Site is a web application used in conjunction with the Zeo Home
Sleep Monitoring System. The Zeo Home Sleep Monitoring System consists of a nightstand unit and a head-
band worn by the user to transmit the user's brain waves to the monitoring unit during sleep. The user
then periodically uploads their sleep data from the monitor to the MyZeo Sleep Coaching web site for analysis
and actual sleep coaching provided by sleep experts.
